On the occurrence of the ground entailing the termination of  powers 

of the deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of 

Kazakhstan G. Nurmukhambetov

In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 52 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, paragraphs 3 and 8 of Article 24 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 16, 1995 “On the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the status of its deputies”, the Central Election Commission RESOLVES:

1. To establish that due to his transfer to another job by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated  September 23, 2023 No. 358 “On the appointment of G. Nurmukhambetov”, a ground that entailed the early termination of powers of the deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gauez Nurmukhambetov had arisen.

 2. To submit a proposal on the early termination of powers of the deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gauez Nurmukhambetov to the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
