On invalidation of the republican referendum on June 5, 2022 at the polling station No.2 of Alatau district of Almaty.

         In accordance with subparagraph 15) of paragraph 1 of Article 21, paragraph 5 of Article 31 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Republican Referendum" and on the basis of the materials submitted by the territorial referendum commission of Almaty, the Central Referendum Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. On the basis of violations of the law during participation of citizens in the referendum and summarizing the results of the referendum to invalidate the republican referendum of June 5, 2022 at polling station #2 of Alatau district of Almaty.

2. The Territorial Election Commission of the city of Almaty to take the necessary measures with regard to precinct commission 2 within the framework of the current legislation.

3. The member of the Central Referendum Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan Smagulov A.A. shall be in charge of controlling the execution of this resolution.
