On the production of ballots for voting at the Republican referendum 

scheduled for 6 October 2024

In accordance with subparagraph 7 of paragraph 1 of Article 21, Article 27 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Republican Referendum,” the Central Referendum Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES TO:

1. Approve the form and text of the ballot for voting at the republican referendum in accordance with Annex 1 to this resolution.

2. Establish the degree of security of voting ballots in accordance with Annex 2 to this resolution (for internal use).

3. Establish that the quantity of the voting ballots shall be produced in accordance with Annex 3 to this resolution.

4. The referendum commissions of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital of the Republic shall ensure delivery of the voting ballots to the referendum polling stations within the established deadline.

5. Entrust control over the implementation of this resolution to Secretary of the Central Referendum Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan M.T.Yerman.
