On Amendments to the Resolution of the Central Election Commission 

of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 26 October 2022 No. 100/590 

“On the Establishment of the Expert Council under the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan”

The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. To introduce the following amendments to the Resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 26 October 2022 No. 100/590 “On the Establishment of the Expert Council under the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan”:

In the Regulations on the Expert Council under the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the said Resolution:

to set out paragraph 4 of Chapter 4 as follows:

“4. Meetings of the Council shall be convened and held by the Chair of the Council as necessary.”

In the Composition of the Expert Council under the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the said Resolution:

to replace the following entries:

“Utemissov Shavkhat Anesovich - Secretary of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chair of the Expert Council”;

“Amanzholova Gulnar Kabidenovna - Chairperson of the Pavlodar Region Territorial Election Commission”;

“Saduov Manarbek Aidarbekovich - Chairperson of the Akmola Region Territorial Election Commission”

with the following:

“Zhanabilova Assel Bulatkaziyevna - Member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chair of the Expert Council”;

“Kalykova Aigul Orazovna - Chairperson of the Almaty City Territorial Election Commission”;

“Zhusipov Nurlybek Meirkhanuly - Chairperson of the Aktobe Region Territorial Election Commission”.

to delete the following entries:

“Zhanabilova Assel Bulatkaziyevna - Chair of the Republican Chamber of Notaries (by agreement)”;

“Baklazhanskaya Tatyana Ivanovna - Head of the public association ‘Association of Women with Disabilities “Shyrak”’ (by agreement)”.

2. This Resolution shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
