CEC Received Documents from the “Respublica” party on the 

Nomination of a Party List of Candidates

Today, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan received documents from the “Respublica” party рublic union on the nomination of a party list of candidates for deputies of the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Central Election Commission will review the submitted documents for compliance with the requirements of the legislation.

It should be noted that the submission of documents is carried out as part of the procedure for nominating party lists of candidates, as provided for in Article 87 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan.” Under the law, the right to nominate party lists of candidates for deputies of the Kurultai belongs to political parties registered in accordance with the procedure established by law.

In accordance with the approved Calendar Plan of the main activities for the preparation and conduct of the elections of deputies of the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the nomination of party lists of candidates shall be carried out until 6:00 p.m. on 13 July 2026.
