On 23 August 2026, elections of deputies of the Kurultai will be held for the first time in the history of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

We call upon you to demonstrate civic responsibility and exercise your constitutional right by becoming part of a historic event that will mark a new milestone in the further development of our country.

The guarantee of the exercise of your constitutional right to participate in elections is your inclusion in the voter lists of persons entitled to participate in the elections of deputies of the Kurultai.

Voter lists are compiled by local executive bodies on the basis of your permanent registration at your place of residence within the territory of the relevant polling station. Citizens with temporary registration are included in voter lists on the basis of an application submitted to the local executive body, with their exclusion from the list at the place of permanent registration.

Information on the boundaries of polling stations and the locations of precinct election commissions will be published by the relevant akims by 16 July 2026.

You may find out your polling station and verify your inclusion in the voter list by contacting the local executive body at the place of your registration. If you are not included in the list, you have the right to submit the relevant application to the akimat.

For your convenience, taking into account the summer holiday period, you have the opportunity to obtain an absentee voting certificate and vote outside your locality.

From 7 August 2026, you will be given the opportunity at your polling station to verify your personal data in the voter list of persons entitled to participate in the elections of deputies of the Kurultai. If any changes or clarifications are required, you have the right to submit an application to the precinct election commission.
