NATIONWIDE SOCIAL-DEMOCRATIC PARTY SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS 

TO THE CEC ON THE NOMINATION OF ITS PARTY LIST OF CANDIDATES

As part of the procedure for nominating party lists of candidates, provided for by Article 87 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan,” on 9 July of this year, the Central Election Commission received documents on the nomination of a party list of candidates for deputies of the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the Republican Public Association “Nationwide Social-Democratic Party.”

The submitted documents will be reviewed by the Central Election Commission for compliance with the requirements of the legislation.

It should be noted that, in accordance with the amendments introduced to the electoral legislation, the right to nominate party lists of candidates for deputies to the Kurultai belongs to political parties registered in accordance with the procedure established by law.

At the same time, the Calendar Plan of the main activities for the preparation and conduct of the elections of deputies of the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides that the nomination of party lists of candidates shall be carried out until 18:00 on 13 July 2026.
