SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS TO THE CENTRAL ELECTION 

COMMISSION ON THE NOMINATION OF A PARTY LIST OF 

CANDIDATES

Today, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan received documents from the Public Association “Democratic Party of Kazakhstan Ak Zhol” concerning the nomination of a party list of candidates for election as deputies of the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The submitted documents will be reviewed by the Central Election Commission in accordance with the procedure and within the time limits established by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, including verification of their compliance with the requirements of the law.

The nomination of a party list is carried out pursuant to Article 87 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan”. Under the amendments introduced to the electoral legislation, this right is granted to political parties registered in accordance with the procedure established by law.

In accordance with the Calendar Plan of Main Activities for the Preparation and Conduct of the Election of Deputies of the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan, documents on the nomination of party lists of candidates will be accepted until 6:00 p.m. on 13 July 2026.
