THE PEOPLE’S PARTY OF KAZAKHSTAN SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS TO THE

 CEC ON THE NOMINATION OF A PARTY LIST OF CANDIDATES

Today, the Public Association “People’s Party of Kazakhstan” submitted to the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan documents on the nomination of a party list of candidates for election as deputies of the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The submitted documents will be reviewed by the Central Election Commission in accordance with the procedure and within the time limits established by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” to verify their compliance with the requirements of the law.

Article 87 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” provides that the right to nominate party lists of candidates for election as deputies of the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan belongs to political parties registered in accordance with the procedure established by law.

In accordance with the Calendar Plan of Main Activities for the Preparation and Conduct of the Election of Deputies of the Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Central Election Commission, party lists of candidates may be nominated until 6:00 p.m. on 13 July 2026.
