By holding by the Central election commission monitoring were covered 26 printing, 8 electronic republic mass media and 16 Internet sites. Of the period from July, 18th to August, 2d there were published about 769 articles, comments, information materials and broadcasted 631 topics related to the election thematic.
As show the results of the monitoring the intention of the work of political parties with different kinds of mass media is essentially different which is conditioned by not only different resource opportunities of Parties but a high level of the rivalry and competitive fighting.
All Parties are presented in the Kazakhstan mass media. Difference in the frequency of mentions of political Parties directly depends on the number of the made information occasions, imaginary and campaign activities.
Positively the mass media of the republic appreciated the appearance of the “dialogue stages” for political Parties. That is first of all related to Internet-forum and Internet-conferences of the heads of political Parties at the web-site of the electronic government started from July, 31st.
It is necessary to notice that in the whole the lightning of the election campaign in the Republic of Kazakhstan is keeping its major ascertained neutral character with brightly marked thematic lines on electioneering of political Parties.
Among active subjects of the information campaign is necessary to notice NDP “Nur Otan”, NSDP and “AK ZHOL” DPK – separation of the three leaders from the other competitors is rather substantial. At the same time the activity of the Parties of Patriots, “Rukhaniyat”, CPPK and “Auyl” is lighted although not so insensitively but nevertheless rather stable.
In percentage terms the numbers are:
National Social Democratic Party – 20% of the materials;
National Democratic Party “Nur Otan” – 31.5%;
Kazakhstan Patriots’ Party – 6.9%;
Kazakhstan Social and Democratic Party “Auyl” – 7%;
“AK ZHOL” Democratic Party of Kazakhstan – 18.5%;
“Rukhaniyat” Party – 8.4%;
Communist People’s Party of Kazakhstan – 7.7%.
The numbers of the Party “Nur Otan”, NSDP and “AK ZHOL” are far ahead of other participators of political campaign. However from the first day of the beginning of the official electioneering emerged tendency of domination of NDP “Nur Otan” which is caused by greatest number of holding activities throughout the country, active work with the press (wider than of the other Parties range of the mass media) and producing greater number of information occasions.
At the same time it should be noted an active information competition among the other Parties.
In the whole the frequency of mention of political parties directly depends on activity of polytypical individuals, dynamics of the electioneering and it resource maintenance.
