According to the data of the Central election commission the five Parties have formed election funds and are actively using them for different kinds of campaign activities.
According to the election legislation in election funds of Parties can’t be more than 146 million 280 thousand tenge.
By this moment National Social Democratic Party has formed the election fund of 86 million 468 thousand 950 tenge;
National Democratic Party “Nur Otan” – 92 million 297 thousand 500 tenge;
Kazakhstan Social and Democratic Party “Auyl” – 2 million tenge;
“AK ZHOL” Democratic Party of Kazakhstan – 9 million 500 thousand tenge;
“Rukhaniyat” Party – 1 million 400 tenge.
The Central election commission together with the banks and fiscal bodies realize the control at expenditure of election funds of the Parties.
According to paragraph 9 article 34 of the Constitutional Law “on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” not later than five days after determining the results of the elections political Parties are to give to the election commission an account of using the election fund.
The violation of political Party promoted party list the Rules established by paragraphs 1-8 article 34 of the Constitutional Law “on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” and also established by the Central election commission the order of using election funds entails the concealing of the registration of the party list.
