On July, 27th 2007 in the Central election commission was held the next sitting of the Working group on consideration of appeals of the citizens and public associations connected with election of the deputies of Mazhilis of the Parliament and Maslikhats of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the sitting the members of the working group considered with the information on the most typical appeals and complaints receiving to the Central election commission from the citizens and public associations in connection with the holding of extraordinary election of the deputies of Mazhilis of the Parliament of the fourth convocation and regular election of the deputies of Maslikhats of the Republic of Kazakhstan appointed on August, 18th 2007.
Also it was considered the suggestion of National Social Democratic Party on inserting amendments into the Decree of the Central election commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan from July, 20th 2007.
By the results of the debates the members of the Working group recommended the Central election commission to insert the amendments into the Decree and provide for the writing of the whole title of the political Party in electronic election bulletin.
During the debates by the members of the Working group stressed that the decision of the Central election commission from July, 20th 2007 doesn’t conflict with the legislation and was based on the information submitted by the Parties themselves in response to an official written request of the Central election commission.
