On April 29, 2019, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan received an application from the Republican Association of Legal Entities “Union of Builders of Kazakhstan” to cancel the nomination of Talgat Yergaliyev as a candidate for President of the Republic Kazakhstan in accordance with clause 2 of Article 60 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan”
