National Competition on election law and electoral process starts for students of Kazakhstani universities on May 24, 2019

On May 24, 2019, Secretary of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sabila Mustafina took part in the start of the first round of the National Competition on electoral law and the electoral process among university students at the premises of Taraz State University named after M. Dulati.

In her welcoming speech, S. Mustafina stressed the importance of holding the National Competition in the Year of Youth to improve the electoral and legal literacy of students, and also expressed confidence that such nationwide events will boost the electoral activity of our young citizens and their informed participation in the elections.

On the same day, at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, the first round of the National Competition was launched with the participation of Makhabbat Boleyeva, Head of the Electoral Training Department, and Ali Abishev, Vice President of the Association of Kazakhstan Universities, who wished all participants to achieve successful results.
