CEC member Y. Daulbayev gave a lecture at the Law Enforcement Academy under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On February 21, 2020, member of the CEC of the Republic of Kazakhstan Y. Daulbayev addressed the Law Enforcement Academy under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a lecture as part of career development courses for public prosecution staff.

The lecturer shared the aspects of managing and delivering elections in Kazakhstan as a mechanism for building supreme bodies of governance and the role and significance of civil society institutes in an election process.

The lecturer emphasized how important it is to maintain constructive interaction between the election and law enforcement agencies during election campaigns at the central and regional levels to make sure legitimacy of election organizers’ actions and other participants in the election process is monitored.
