Central Election Commission Held Training Workshops

On 17 November this year members of the Central Election Commission, together with the staff of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, conducted two training workshops for members of territorial election commissions in video conferencing mode.

During the training workshop, Deputy Chairman of the CEC RK Kontantin Petrov gave explanations to members of TECs of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital about practical issues of the development of the electoral infrastructure.

At the second videoconferencing workshop led by Secretary of the CEC RK Sabila Mustafina the practice-oriented forms of training for members of precinct election commissions were discussed. The discussion was also attended by members of the Working Group on elaboration of educational and methodological materials for election commissions.

Distance learning on a similar topic will be conducted with members of lower-level election commissions using a cascade method.
