Information statement

On 19 November 2020, in accordance with Article 89 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", documents of the "Auyl" People's Democratic Patriotic Party on the nomination of candidates for the election of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan were submitted to the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. Extract from the protocol of the supreme body of the political party on the nomination of the party list;

2. Document of a representative of a political party confirming his/her powers;

3. Party list in electronic and paper form;

4. Statement of the citizen about consent to be included in the party list;

5. Biography of each candidate on the party list;

6. Copies of ID cards of each candidate included in the party list;

7. Documents confirming membership in a political party, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the political party.

8. Copy of the document on registration of a political party in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

9. Document confirming electoral contribution by a political party to the account of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

10. Certificate of the state revenue authority on the submission by the candidate and his (her) spouse of declarations of income and property.

The Central Election Commission establishes compliance of candidates for deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, included in the party lists, with the requirements imposed on them by the Constitution and the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", based on requests to the relevant bodies.

According to the calendar plan for election of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament, nomination of party lists is carried out by political parties from November 10 to 30 this year (until 18.00). Registration of party lists began on November 10 and will end at 18:00 on December 10 this year.
