Meeting of members of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan with representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of the

Union of Belarus and Russia

On the eve of the voting day, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted a meeting of the CEC members with representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia.

During the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan Konstantin Petrov briefed international observers on the specifics of the current election campaign, the main stages and preparations for voting day. He also recalled that today is a "day of silence", since on January 9 at 00:00 the stage of the pre-election campaign ended.

Following the meeting, briefing for media representatives was held.
