Deputy Chairman of the CEC of the Republic of Kazakhstan held an online lecture at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan
April 27 this year Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan Konstantin Petrov held a lecture for students of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the topic - "The main directions of using information and communication technologies in the electoral process." Guest lecture was held within the framework of the seminar "Digital Transformation of State Bodies" for civil servants of central governmental and local executive bodies.
During the training event, the lecturer introduced participants to modern information technologies that are used in the electoral sphere in Kazakhstan and abroad. K. Petrov noted that adaptability, as a fundamental difference of the electoral systems of the XXI century automates the process of democratic formation of state power structures. He also noted that the use of information and communication technologies allows to solve issues of organizing electoral process comprehensively at all its stages.
