The Central Election Commission registered the deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurbek Sayasat

On February 25, 2022, under the chairmanship of Nurlan Abdirov a meeting of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held, at which a resolution was adopted: “On registration of a deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sayasat Nurbek”.

In accordance with articles 12, 45, 46, paragraphs 5, 6 of article 97-1, article 98 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and an extract from the resolution of the Bureau of the Political Council of the public association “Nur Otan” party dated February 25, 2022 No. 004 PQ The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan decided:

1) To transfer the vacant mandate of a deputy of the Majlis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan to a member of the public association “Nur Otan” party Nurbek Sayasat.

2) To register Nurbek Sayasat as a deputy of the Majlis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3) To give Nurbek Sayasat an appropriate certificate and a breastplate of the established form.
