On March 29, 2022 a meeting of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held

On March 29, 2022 under the chairmanship of Nurlan Abdirov a meeting of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held during which the following resolutions were adopted:

1. On registration of a deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Konstantin Avershin.

In accordance with Articles 12, 45, 46, paragraphs 5, 6 of Article 97-1, Article 98 of the Constitutional Act “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” and an extract from the Resolution of the Bureau of the Political Council of the “AMANAT Party” Public Association dated March 28, 2022 No. 010PQ The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan decided to transfer the vacant mandate of a deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament to a member of the Public Association “AMANAT Party” K. Avershin.

Also, the Central Election Commission registered K.Avershin Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament and decided to present him with a certificate and a breastplate of the established form.

2. On the onset of grounds, entailing the termination of the powers of the deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Yerman.

In accordance with Article 52 of the Constitution, paragraphs 3 and 8 of Article 24 of the Constitutional Act “On Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the status of its deputies” the Central Election Commission decided that in relation with filing of the application a ground that entailed the early termination of powers of the deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament M. Yerman had come.

Representation on early termination of powers of the deputy M.Yerman will be submitted to the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
