The Central Election Commission has registered the deputies of the Parliament instead of the retired ones

On May 3, 2022, under the chairmanship of Nurlan Abdirov, a meeting of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held during which the following resolutions were adopted:

On registration of a deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the Almaty region instead of the retired one, elected on April 22, 2022.

In accordance with Articles 12, 45, 46 and 82 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" on the basis of protocol of Almaty Regional Election Commission on the results of the counting of votes for election of a deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan from Almaty Region instead of the retired one and the decision of the Central Election Commission Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 26, 2022 No. 28/476 "On the establishment and publication of the results of the election of a deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the Almaty region instead of the retired one, held on April 22, 2022", the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan decided to register Zhanbolat Zhorgenbayev as a deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On registration of a deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan elected by the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan on April 28, 2022 instead of the retired one.

In accordance with articles 12, 45, 46 and 98 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" on the basis of the protocol of the election commission of Nur-Sultan on the results of the vote count for the election of a deputy of Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan elected by the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan instead of the retired one and the Resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 28, 2022 No. 29/477 "On the establishment and publication of the results of the election of a deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected by the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan instead of the retired one, held on April 28, 2022", Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan decided to register Zakirzhan Kuziyev as a deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected from the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan.

Also on this day, the Chairman of the Central Election Commission Nurlan Abdirov presented certificates and breastplates to the deputies of the Parliament Zhanbolat Zhorgenbaev and Zakirzhan Kuziyev.

During the presentation, he noted active deputy activity of Zhanbolat Zhorgenbayev and Zakirzhan Kuziyev in the maslikhat of the Almaty region.

In conclusion, Nurlan Abdirov wished elected deputies success and fruitful work in the highest representative body of the Republic exercising legislative power.
