June 7, 2022 the meeting of the Central Referendum Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan took place

On June 7, 2022 under the chairmanship of Nurlan Abdirov a meeting of the Central Referendum Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held, at which a resolution was adopted:

On invalidation of the republican referendum on June 5, 2022 at the polling station No.2 of Alatau district of Almaty.

In accordance with subparagraph 15) of paragraph 1 of article 21, paragraph 5 of article 31 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Republican Referendum" and based on the materials submitted by the territorial referendum commission of Almaty city, the Central Referendum Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan decided to declare invalid the Republican Referendum of June 5, 2022 in polling station No.2 of Alatau district of Almaty city.
