Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held

On June 14, 2022 under the chairmanship of Nurlan Abdirov a meeting of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held, at which the following resolutions were adopted:

1. On termination of powers of the deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Isabayev B.O.

In accordance with clause 5 of Article 52 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, clauses 5 and 9 of Article 24 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 16 October 1995 "On the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Status of its Deputies" the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan decided

1. To establish that in connection with the adoption of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 11 June 2022 No.921 "On Isabayev B.O." the powers of the deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Isabayev Beibit Oksikbayevich are terminated.

2. On the onset of the ground, entailing the termination of the authority of the deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abdygaliuly B.

In accordance with article 52 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, paragraphs 3 and 8 of article 24 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 16, 1995 «On the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the status of its deputies», the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan decided:

1. To establish that, in connection with the adoption of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 11, 2022 No.914 «On the appointment of Abdygaliuly B.» came the ground, entailing early termination of the powers of the deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Uzbekistan Abdygaliuly Berik.

2. Submit a submission on the early termination of the powers of the deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Adbigaliuly B. in the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. On occurrence of the ground entailing termination of powers of the deputy of Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurbek S.

In accordance with Article 52 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, clauses 3 and 8 of Article 24 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 16 October 1995 "On the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Status of its Deputies" the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan has decided

1. To establish that No.919 "On Appointment of Nurbek S." there is a ground for early termination of authorities of the deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurbek Sayasat.

2. To make a submission on early termination of powers of Nurbek S., the deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
