ANNOUNCEMENT

On October 5, 2022 the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with Articles 54 and 55 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, as well as in accordance with the resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 23, 2022 No. 67/545 “On the establishment of forms of electoral documents for the early elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for November 20, 2022,” received the following documents from Zhiguli Dairabayev on his nomination as a candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Republican Public Association “Auyl People’s Democratic Patriotic Party”:

1. Extract from the minutes of the meeting of the supreme body of the Republican public association “Auyl People’s Democratic Patriotic Party” on nomination for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2. Statement of Z. Dairabayev on his consent to run as a candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the application of biographical data;

3. A document certifying the payment of an electoral fee to the account of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4. Copy of an identity document;

5. Copies of higher education diplomas.
