ANNOUNCEMENT

On October 7, 2022, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with Articles 54 and 55 of the Constitutional Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan,” as well as in accordance with the resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 23, 2022 No. 67/545 “On the establishment of forms of electoral documents for the early elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for November 20, 2022,” received the following documents of Nurzhan Altayev on his nomination as a candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Muqalmas republican public association:

1. Extract from the minutes of the meeting of the supreme body of the Muqalmas republican public association on the nomination to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2. Statement by N. Altayev on his consent to run as a candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the application of biographical data;

3. A document certifying the payment of an electoral fee to the account of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4. Copy of an identity document;

5. A copy of the diploma of higher education.

It is also to inform that the Central Election Commission on October 7 this year received a statement from a number of heads of branches of the Muqalmas republican public association about the falsification of the minutes of the meeting of the supreme body of the Muqalmas republican public association on the nomination of N. Altayev to the Presidents of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Currently, this fact is being checked by the competent authorities.
