On October 27, 2022, the Central Election Commission, held an online workshop with the assistance of the Ministry of Information and Social Development, where participated 146 representatives of political parties, other public associations and non-profit organisations on the preparation and conduct of early elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for November 20, 2022, with live broadcast on the Youtube channel of the NGO Academy.

The main speakers were Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission Konstantin Petrov, as well as member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan Anastassiya Schegortsova. 

The specifics of the preparation and conduct of early elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for November 20, 2022, the legal conditions for conducting the election campaign of candidates, as well as the implementation of national observation of the elections were explained in detail to the workshop participants. 

At the end of the workshop, representatives of political parties and non-governmental organisations received detailed answers to their questions regarding the registration of national observers, the media, creating conditions for observers to have an unhindered view of the voting procedure, observing voting at home, as well as conducting public opinion polls on election day, legal restrictions on campaigning, etc.
