On the opening of polling stations

As of 8.15 of the capital’s time, according to the operational data provided by the commissions of regions, the cities of Almaty, Shymkent and Astana, all 10,033 polling stations in the country and 17 polling stations at the representative offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan in foreign states started voting. 

51 polling stations abroad will start voting taking into account the difference in time zones.
