As of 19.00, about 7,400 citizens of Kazakhstan voted abroad.

At a CEC briefing, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs R. Vassilenko informed that in order to ensure the exercise of the constitutional rights of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who are abroad, 68 precinct election commissions with a total number of voters of 12,841 people have been formed at foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 53 foreign states. 

As of 19.00, 10 precinct election commissions (Republic of Korea, Japan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Mongolia, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Thailand, Indonesia) completed their work abroad and about 7,400 citizens of Kazakhstan voted. 57 polling stations continue to work.
