Information message for public associations and non-profit 

organisations

To the attention of public associations and non-profit organisations whose statutory activities include the implementation of election observation activities.

In accordance with Art. 20-1 of the Act of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” dated September 28, 1995 No. 2464, documents are being accepted for accreditation of public associations and non-profit organisations in elections, for which the following documents shall be provided:

1. Application form;

2. An extract from the charter confirming the right to observe the elections.

Republican public associations and non-profit organisations shall submit documents to the Central Election Commission.

Regional and local public associations and non-profit organisations shall submit documents to the territorial election commissions of regions, Astana, Almaty and Shymkent.
