As of January 31, 2023, the Central Election Commission received notifications of public opinion polls from 2 legal entities with copies of documents attached:

1. Public Opinion Research Institute (Qogamdyq pikir zertteu instituty) – face to face interview survey method, telephone survey (CATI);

2. The Institute of Eurasian Integration – face to face interview survey method, on the voting day polling outside the premises and polling stations (exit-poll).
