About the citizens’ turnout as of 14.00 

According to the data provided by the commissions of the regions, cities of republican significance, and capital city as of 14.00 on 6 October 2024, ballots were received by 51.77% of the total number of citizens included in the lists, including:

1. in Abai region - 52,99 %

2. in Akmola region - 54,91 %

3. in Aktobe region - 52,85 %

4. in Almaty region - 59,32 %

5. in Atyrau region - 52,91 %

6. in West-Kazakhstan region - 50,52 %

7. in Zhambyl region - 48,80 %

8. in Zhetisu region - 55,42 %

9. in Karaganda region - 59,92 %

10. in Kostanay region - 61,54 %

11. in Kyzylorda region - 54,13 %

12. in Mangistau region - 46,19 %

13. in Pavlodar region - 49,18 %

14. in North Kazakhstan region - 48,00 %

15. in Turkestan region - 67,38 %

16. in Ulytau region - 59,65 %

17. in East Kazakhstan region - 61,73 %

18. in Astana city - 45,19 %

19. in Almaty city - 16,91 %

20. in Shymkent city - 64,38 %.

In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 31 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Republican Referendum”, the referendum is considered valid if more than half of the citizens eligible to partcicpate in the referendum have voted.
